1. Nature and permitted uses
Points are virtual benefits used only inside the Dushi360 app for listed digital services, including pinning, Home promotion, automatic refresh, additional business-directory capacity, AI features, and other services shown in the app. Points are not money, deposits, wallets, or gift cards and cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, gifted, transferred, or traded outside the app.
2. Obtaining points
Points may come from in-app purchases, promotions, or rewards. The exact Points and price shown on the purchase confirmation and in the applicable app store control. Future packages may change without retroactively reducing credited balances. Never pay an individual or outside website for Points.
3. Validity and balance
Credited purchased Points do not expire. Promotional or reward Points may have a separately disclosed term shown before they are obtained. Server records control the balance and history. Contact in-app support about missing Points, duplicate charges, or display errors.
4. Use and deductions
After confirmation, the displayed amount is deducted for pinning, Home promotion, refresh, business slots, AI, or other benefits. Pinning affects category order; Home promotion affects the Home feed. Each account receives one free business-directory slot; additional slots cost the displayed Points and remain subject to review, up to 10 businesses. Each AI feature’s first successful use each New York calendar day is free; later successful uses cost 1 Point each.
AI Points are determined by the final processing result recorded on the server. Requests that the server confirms did not succeed, including blocked requests, processing failures, and provider errors, do not deduct Points. Losing your connection, a timeout while the app waits, or not receiving a response does not by itself mean the request failed. If the server completed it successfully, it counts as one successful use under the free-use allowance and Points rules shown in the app. For the same account, request identifier, and content, checking or recovering the original result does not deduct Points again. The original account may recover a successful result for 60 minutes after success while its AI consent remains valid. After that period, the app will not automatically regenerate the result or deduct Points. When the outcome is unconfirmed, the app does not automatically create a new paid request; check the original request's status first. A confirmed failure or a separately confirmed new request is then handled through the applicable process.
5. Payment, refunds, records, and restoration
iOS purchases use Apple App Store in-app purchase and Android purchases use Google Play Billing. Apple or Google processes payment instruments, complete card numbers, taxes, payment confirmation, refunds, and chargebacks. The Dushi360 app does not receive, read, or store complete payment-card numbers or complete bank-account details. Dushi360 processes only the product ID, order or transaction identifier, purchase-token hash or signed-verification result, purchase status, and Points ledger needed for server verification and crediting.
Refunds, revocations, and chargebacks follow the original store's rules and applicable law and should be requested through that store. After store approval, Dushi360 may reverse the corresponding Points or unfulfilled digital benefit. If the Points were used, Dushi360 may adjust the related balance or benefit and reasonably restrict further use for fraud prevention. Valid store orders and server-verification records are used to restore missing purchases after interruption.
App-store orders, server-verification results, Points credits and deductions, refunds, revocations, and chargebacks are retained for the period needed for tax, accounting, store compliance, dispute handling, and fraud prevention, with purpose-limited authorized access.
6. Abuse
We may investigate and suspend Points obtained through vulnerabilities, fake orders, refund fraud, stolen payment tools, or other abuse, reverse invalid Points, restrict an account, and cooperate with authorities when required.
7. Account deletion
A Points balance does not prevent account deletion. Unused Points are forfeited when the account closes and are not converted to cash or moved to another account unless applicable law or store rules require otherwise. Users retain refund and dispute rights available under applicable law or the original store's rules. Minimum transaction records may remain for tax, accounting, store compliance, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and unresolved disputes, with restricted access.
8. Age and results
Dushi360 is for users age 18 or older. Points do not change user responsibility for posts or transactions, and purchase does not guarantee views, contacts, sales, or other commercial results.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this Agreement for service, law, or store-policy changes and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Contact in-app support or Dushi3600@gmail.com.
Cached-result billing: a successfully returned cached result counts as a successful AI use under the same daily rule.
