1. Nature and permitted uses
Points are virtual benefits used only inside the Dushi360 app for listed digital services, including pinning, Home promotion, automatic refresh, additional business-directory capacity, AI features, and other services shown in the app. Points are not money, deposits, wallets, or gift cards and cannot be cashed out, transferred, or traded outside the app.
2. Obtaining points
Points may come from in-app purchases, promotions, or rewards. The exact points and price shown on the purchase confirmation and in the applicable app store control. Future packages may change without retroactively reducing credited balances. Never pay an individual or outside website for points.
3. Validity and balance
Credited purchase points currently do not expire. Server records control the balance and history. Contact in-app support about missing points, duplicate charges, or display errors.
4. Use and deductions
After confirmation, the displayed amount is deducted for pinning, Home promotion, refresh, business slots, AI, or other benefits. Pinning affects category order; Home promotion affects the Home feed. Each account receives one free business-directory slot; additional slots cost the displayed points and remain subject to review, up to 10 businesses. Each AI feature’s first successful use each New York calendar day is free; later successful uses cost 1 point each. Failed, blocked, timed-out, or provider-error attempts are not charged.
5. Payment, refunds, and restoration
iOS purchases use Apple in-app purchase; Android purchases use Google Play Billing. Refunds and payment disputes follow store rules and applicable law. Valid store receipts and server verification are used to restore missing purchases after network interruption.
6. Abuse
We may investigate and suspend points obtained through vulnerabilities, fake orders, refund fraud, stolen payment tools, or other abuse, reverse invalid points, restrict an account, and cooperate with authorities when required.
7. Account deletion
Resolve balances and purchase disputes before deletion. Unused points are deleted with the account and are not converted to cash except where law or store rules require otherwise.
8. Age and results
Dushi360 is for users age 18 or older. Points do not change user responsibility for posts or transactions, and purchase does not guarantee views, contacts, sales, or other commercial results.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this Agreement for service, law, or store-policy changes and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Contact in-app support or Dushi3600@gmail.com.
Cached-result billing: a successfully returned cached result counts as a successful AI use under the same daily rule.
